Our iGaming brand Hajper is looking for a new CRM & Social Media Executive to join our small and agile team. This is a great opportunity where you will be managing everything the player sees on our socials allowing you to see the full picture and monitor online activity! With a great eye for detail and a keen interest in modern media and consumer comms, you are not afraid to try new approaches to existing and emerging challenges and take pride in your work!

Hajper is positioning itself as one of Sweden’s fastest online casino and betting site and you will be responsible for assuring that a consistent tone of voice and style is being maintained across our channels. This is a role which requires a lot of ownership, initiative taking and thinking outside of the box making every day different yet presenting an exciting challenge! With the Swedish market evolving at a very rapid pace, it's important that you have a flexible mindset and can-do attitude as the role evolves alongside the industry.

Your sports knowledge will assist you greatly, as your focus will be split between active and passive CRM, such as creating, posting and sending communications together with managing the content on our sites. All of which plays a pivotal role in our strife to improve our social media presence. Knowing what our customers are interested in because of your own interest in sports and casino games you can engage and participate with them. It’s an exciting time to work in the industry and we are looking for people who share the excitement that change brings!

What will you get up to day to day?

You will have ownership and manage all content on our sites (Homepage, WordPress, Facebook etc.) as well as plan, prepare and upload content to social media sites. What's more you will moderate all activity in the forum, ensure all content from members is reviewed and posted accordingly. You will take the lead in developing, and executing existing, social media plans whilst evaluate campaign performance and analyse tactics. You will have the opportunity to liaise with internal and external departments, whilst planning preparing and executing newsletters and SMS send outs as part of the CRM cycle when needed.

You speak both English and Swedish with equally good communication skills in both languages. You have a passion for sports and betting. Ideally you have about 2 years of sports journalism background (copywriting, editing or content moderating) as well as have experience with CRM and/or social media channels in the past. It is essential that you are a hands on person who takes on new tasks and challenges without hesitation. Having worked with Microsoft Office, G-suite, WordPress and other CRM platforms are an advantage but we care more about your ability to learn new systems on the fly.

We need you to have an eye for detail and a methodical approach in your day to day work and regular planning. A creative urge and entrepreneurial mindset helps to stay curious and take initiatives. Being open to share your opinions with the team is needed to work well together and have a positive mindset to always seek solutions.
