Virtual Sales Account Manager in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Malaysia

The successful candidates will be focusing on building up a strong client portfolio and will be adding value in our Company’s further growth and development in different markets and regions.


Core functions includes promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach. Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.

Responsibilities:

Planning Management


- Prepare for calls utilizing available tools, reports, previous call action items and business insights to enable a mutually productive call
- Leverage appropriate planning tools to define targeted customer list for account reviews and high priority customer campaigns

Relationship Management


- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business for client’s products/services
- Developing a professional and trusting relationship with an active portfolio of clients, introducing brokers keeping them up-to-date with client’s developments ensure they receive the highest level of service
- Address customer’s concerns or queries in a timely and professional manner turning customer interactions into sales opportunities
- Assisting customer to open an account and trade with the client’s products
- Research sources for developing prospects and for information to determine customer’s potential
- Maintaining a professional attitude with integrity and enthusiasm reflecting client’s commitment to its clients

Opportunity Management

- Reaching and exceeding sales targets
- Ensure that appropriate call management processes are being followed
- Makes telephone calls and/or in-person visits to present to existing and prospective customers using first class professional approach
- Discuss with customer, heeding to customer’s needs and concerns to offer the best solutions/alternatives to customer

- Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization
- Understand current promotional campaign objectives and keep up to date with client’s product updates
- Attend training and development courses to keeps abreast of product/service knowledge and market conditions

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Native speaker in Spanish or Portuguese

- Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in a general CRM environment
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in local language and English
- Strong organizing abilities and process-oriented work style
- Demonstrates experience of working in a team based environment supporting the team in achieving the highest quality standards and takes an active role in generating team morale
- Ability to multitask, plan and priorities workload
- Demonstrates resilience and ability to work on own initiative
- Demonstrates ownership and accountability to achieve deadlines and targets
- Experience in Forex industry will be an added advantage
