Tasks
- Leading the team responsible for the management and administration of Purchase Orders and subcontracts
- Supporting the management and administration of contracts with clients
- Establishing, developing and qualifying suppliers
- Evaluating suppliers and analysing the markets
- Implementing measures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of processes
- Planning and controlling the timely and qualitatively flawless execution of orders
- Ensuring on-schedule procurement of purchased parts and semi-finished products
- Monitoring predefined processes
- Developing and implementing efficiency enhancement programs
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- At least 5 years of professional experience
- Experience in Project Management and Procurement
- Good understanding of production processes
- Fluency in German and English language
