Japanese speaking Brand Operations Manager in London, United Kingdom

We are looking for a Japanese native level speaker to join us as Brand Operations Manager for our brands in Japan. We need you to come in and be responsible for running the day to day operational activities according to the brand vision and strategy that is set together with the country manager; generating growth towards set KPI’s.

Being responsible for planning casino campaigns, evaluating them and continuously work on improving revenues, targeting, communication, and offers, always with cost in mind. You will activate, retain, and reactivate customers in the best possible way, and ensure that the look and tone of voice on site and customer communication are to the highest standards with some insights how competitors are running their business.

You will also lead the brand executive who will help you with implementing the strategy and who rely on you for support and guidance in their area of expertise. Simultaneously, having close relationships with support agents and a VIP manager to receive feedback from customers to improve our brands.

Day to day you can expect your day to look like this:

  • Work on planning in advance new and better insights to be up against competitors
  • Oversee/Manage the planning, execution and delivery of activation, retention & reactivation campaigns and communication schedule to maximize brand revenues
  • Oversee and ensures that all campaigns and customer communications are according to set brand guidelines
  • Monitor top customer performance & high potential customers and keep a steady eye on player behaviour (activity, deposits, offer uptake etc) to quickly get numbers on target by keeping close communication with the VIP & CS team
  • Establish solid communication channels to central operations to inform them about planned campaigns to ensure synergy
  • Liaise with Business Development team regarding software bugs, testing new features and requesting further improvements and developments
  • Be a go to person whenever campaign/on site issues occur
  • Analyse the results (delivery, uptake and revenues) of campaigns together with the BI team to optimise and suggesting improvements through regular reports
  • Liaise with the Country Manager/Affiliate Manager regarding branding, external online media etc to ensure acquisition and CRM activities are aligned
  • Keep the site up to date with current brand strategies and local requirements in mind also by communicating internal stakeholders such as Casino team

Requirements

Key experience we are after:

  • Strong understanding of the Japanese market/Japanese culture
  • Understanding of segmentation and CRM
  • Knowledge in managing Casino product and campaigns
  • 2-3 years experience from similar type of roles

  • An analytical mindset
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong organisational skills, excellent time management and experience of balancing multiple projects
  • Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to tailor your dialogue and delivery to cater for a variety of audiences
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in high-speed environment
  • Constantly having a customer-centric thinking
  • A ‘hands-on’ team player with great communication skills
  • Assuring that the brand is on track with its key measures
  • Meeting key KPI’s as set by brand and business
