The role Kaplan International is looking for an ambitious individual with a keen interest in international education. Based in our Head Office (West Kensington, London) you will support our Sales Team (Italian market) with key administrative tasks and customer care. You will have the drive to succeed in a busy and target-driven sales environment and the desire to grow within the company. Main responsibilities As a Sales Support Executive you will support the Sales Team (Italian market) by managing all related administrative tasks and customer service to complete student booking processes. Responsibilities involve centrally supporting and improving business processes and ultimately helping the sales team maximise revenue generation and growth. You will provide students in Italy with an excellent customer experience of Kaplan International. In particular you will: • Support the Sales Team (Italian market) to achieve targets by managing all related administrative tasks • Build and maintain a strong relationship with students (both in English and Italian) • Provide knowledgeable and prompt answers to all student and agent enquiries • Systematically and proactively manage accounts with both telephone and email communication • Utilise Salesforce CRM System as well as various internal systems and databases to produce reports, manage bookings, and analyse trends • Provide ongoing customer service (post course booking, pre-arrival and post-arrival) • Deal effectively with challenges that arise throughout the enrolment process, resolving complaints, and escalating issues to the relevant line managers • Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of Kaplan International products Candidate profile As the successful candidate, you will be customer orientated, performance driven and enjoy the challenge of a busy and fast-paced office environment. In addition you will: • Be fluent in both Italian and English ( written and spoken) • Have experience providing administrative support in a corporate environment • Have a strong understanding of exceptional customer service • Be highly detail-oriented with the ability to work under tight deadlines and manage competing priorities • Have a passion for international education and strong interest in supporting the needs of international students • Have exceptional organisational skills and record-keeping skills • Have excellent telephone manner and good business letter writing • Have experience using multiple applications and screens while on the phone • Have a high competence in administrative IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc) • Live within a commutable distance from West Kensington, London Salary and schedule This is a full-time permanent position with an annual salary of £19,000 plus a £3,000 annual bonus scheme. We offer on-going training, excellent opportunities for career progression, incentives and performance schemes. Working hours are shifts from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00 am to 8:00 pm with one Saturday a month.
