Description Credit Suisse has opened a Center of Excellence (CoE) in Wroclaw to leverage the worldwide expertise of its employees and to support Credit Suisse strategic business objectives and initiatives for future growth. We are currently looking for talented individuals to expand the Private Banking Front Support team in Wroclaw. The team is responsible for supporting our Private Banking Client Relationship Managers and Assistants with any basic banking related queries. Front Support acts as the main contact point for all Private Banking front desks and takes on ownership for resolving client and front office queries, advising in operational matters and thereby ensuring excellent client services. We are currently looking for highly motivated banking specialists and career starters who are willing to develop in-depth banking knowledge and enjoy working together with various functions across the bank, solving queries for our Front Offices and Private Banking Clients while interacting via voice and written channels in Italian and English. This diversified and demanding job includes: • Resolving of client relevant queries related to basic banking products, such as payments, accounts, client setups, etc., addressed by Front Offices in Italian and English, both written and via phone • Actively manage queries while taking over full ownership until the case is resolved • Assurance of proactive communication to Client Relationship Managers and Assistants on solution options in client ready wording • Liaise with specialists across the bank (e.g. back office, legal) in order to ensure high quality, full compliant and reliable query resolution • Consistent documentation of resolutions to ensure audit track • Sharing of functional knowledge across global teams and contribution to organizational learning • Supporting process improvements by actively pursuing improvement potentials and continuous striving for business excellence We offer an interesting position in a dynamic and fast growing international environment. Qualifications • Banking / finance background at master degree level • Experience in the area of banking operations (e.g. payments, client data management) • Working knowledge of MS Office tools • Highly client service and quality oriented mindset • Structured approach to effectively and efficiently planning own work (prioritization of tasks, • planning, tracking, measuring quality of own work delivered) • Excellent problem solving skills and result/delivery focused way of working • Very good communication skills with the ability to express functional terms and details both verbally and writing in clear, concise and understandable in Italian and English, particularly for non-functional experts • Building relation with peers, managers and business contacts • Highly motivated individual, positive approach to change, willing to develop oneself and the team • Ability to adapt quickly and to work individually, in a team and across teams • Ability to prioritize and work concurrently on multiple queries to meet conflicting deadlines in a fast-paced, high quality, no-risk-tolerance work environment If you apply for this role this means you agree with the following statement: Through my application for a role with Credit Suisse (Poland) sp.
