New Business Sales Executive - French, Spanish, Italian Speaking Oxford £22K + £8400 commission and 10% annual bonus (performance and profit related) Our client, the largest holiday home website in the UK that continues to grow impressively with a constantly changing product offer, is now looking for a highly motivated Sales person who speaks fluent English plus a Mainstream European language to acquire new professional property managers in the European market. You will be comfortable cold-calling property managers, pitching our products to the relevant contact and getting them to successfully implement one or several of our vacation rental listings products. This role requires a proactive, motivated, organised, responsible candidate who is able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented and entrepreneurial environment. This role will combine excellent sales and communications skills as well as good relationship building skills. You will have a strong background in business development in a B2B environment, with a track-record of hitting targets. Key Responsibilities: Work as an integral part of the Property managers - New Sales Team to develop, present and convert prospects across EMEA via the effective use of telephone and email mediums. Meet and where possible exceed agreed targets through continual acquisition of new clients. Communicate relevant and tailored solutions to prospective clients based on their individual business requirements.
