As the world leader and experts in the call centre services industry, Teleperformance are recruiting for multi-lingual Customer Service Advisors to represent one of our prestigious clients who are a leading high-end global fashion brand. Job information Applicants must be fluent in English and Italian (verbal and written) in order to be considered. These are ongoing temporary roles starting in November with a working week of 37.5 hours, 5 over 7 days. There will be 2 weeks training provided for this role which is 9-5pm Monday to Friday. Job Purpose: The Customer Assistance Representatives for this client will develop customer relationships to increase loyalty for the prestigious brands. They will interact with customers in a multi-channel environment, utilising multiple systems, and browsers, in an efficient and professional manner. After your training you will have learned how to effectively articulating the brand and the client's products to ensure the delivery of a legendary customer experience in every contact. Person Specification • Excellent verbal and written business communication skills in English and Italian • Customer Service experience, preferably within an inbound Contact Centre environment • Experience with Luxury/Fashion industries is desirable • Proficient internet browsing skills, with ability to navigate through multiple browsers and various search engines • Solid keyboard and computer skills - including Microsoft and Windows based programs • Ability to see colour and pass a colour blindness test • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment under the direction of the Team Manager • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to change and new situations • Strong time management and organisational skills • Analytical ability and be detail oriented • Professionalism and be a positive team player that is self-directed and self-motivated • Ability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies • Passion for providing legendary service to customers
