German Project Manager / Geo Ops Readiness Lead in 08018,Barcelona, Cataluña, Spain

Lead the deployment of the new project's Next program within specific geographies.

Responsibilities:

- Communicate effectively with local stakeholders and Next team members.
- Clarify and provide input on partner and customer relevant country specific requirements (legal/tax/international model ...)
- Review translations for communication and training where applicable
- Local coordination between customer/partner interfacing team members including Burst capacity
- Local coordination of internal communication to different stakeholder groups
- Ensure efficient leverage of additional support functions like Adoption Leads and Integration Leads
- Oversee and report on overall operations and account readiness responsibilities
- Deployment and readiness escalation managment - escalate risks/provide feedback to EMEA and WW teams in a timely manner.

Experience/Competencies

- University degree or equivalent experience
- Typically, 2 years + of related experience in Global project/program management
- Typically, 2-4 years of experience supporting global/regional management of change programmes.

Knowledge and Skills:

- High/native level of German
- Excellent communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation); mastery in English
- Excellent Leadership, negotiation, and influence skills.
- In-depth understanding of core company businesses and the revenue cycle.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong project management, problem solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong ability to collaborate and network with other groups and functions to reach business objectives, in support of the customer/partner requirements.
- Strong ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with external customers/partners up to the Director level.
- Solid financial and business acumen.
- Proven ability to identify and implement customer-specific process improvements.
