As the Dutch  speaking Customer Service Rep, you will be responsible for dealing with both B2B and B2C clients via phone and email. You will, when needed, offer product support and training for customers to make full and better use of their product offerings. Keep in mind that you may also be dealing with invoice queries and finance issues on top of other customer service tasks.  Who will you be working for?
