They are now looking to add to their team of extremely talented and motivated individuals and are recruiting a passionate customer support specialist to join their customer services team in Bangkok. THE ROLE As Customer Support Specialist your main objective will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure excellent customer loyalty and satisfaction. You will work individually and as part of a team to enable the team to resolve a wide variety of customer requests. The ability to focus on productivity, efficiency, customer satisfaction, quality and schedule adherence will be a key to the success of the role.
