Pole To Win UK, London, is looking for a highly motivated and responsible Brazilian Portuguese Localisation QA Project Coordinator to join our team. The Pole To Win group is a leading company in providing quality services to the games industry with over 20 years of experience. Our West London Studio opened in April 2012 and has experienced continual growth ever since. Due to our expansion and growing structure, Pole To Win UK, London, is now looking for a Localisation QA Project Coordinator to join our organisation and play an important role as part of the team, while contributing towards the continual growth of the company and nurturing further their skills and videogame localisation experience. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for: • Oversee the preparation and running of all assigned projects. • Ensure that Localisation QA Testing projects run smoothly as part of a structured test plan and in accordance to the instructions given • Ensure that all issues and bugs recorded by the Localisation QA Testers are done in an efficient, informative and professional manner • Check all bug reports to make sure that they are written to the high standard required by Pole To Win UK London using correct naming conventions/terminology and displaying a concise style of writing whilst ensuring that all the necessary information is contained within the report • Enforce the security and confidentiality rules • Ensure that the attendance of the assigned staff is accounted for and the correct documentation and files are kept up to date • Assist Project Managers and Operations management as deemed necessary • Provide feedback on performance of the staff as required Profile traits: • Most fluent language: Brazilian Portuguese • Excellent fluency in English • Experience of at least 1 year overseeing and leading Localisation QA projects in the videogame industry, ideally with both old-gen and next-gen platforms. • Ability to create tests plans • Extensive experience working with TCR, TRC and Lotcheck compliance. • Excellent technical knowledge in videogames and linguistics. • Ability to work under pressure and meet given deadlines • Great communication skills and able to work as part of a team • Excellent work ethics • Proactive and flexible The position is open to any person based in the London area or able to relocate within a reasonable period of time after being accepted for the role.
