The Account Manager position takes place within the UK&I transactional market. In this position, you will grow the revenue of an assigned portfolio of channel partners to year-on-year success.

What your day will look like:

- Proactive Account Management of partners, providing a timely response and resolution to incoming queries via email or telephone
- Drive sales opportunities to meet quota and forecast
- Offer a solutions-based sales approach to drive business and increase margin through up-selling and cross-selling, where appropriate
- Liaise with other internal departments and external parties to ensure that partner opportunities are fully realised
- Maintain an accurate pipeline of incoming deals and track their progress from initial reseller enquiry, right through to customer delivery
- Provide an accurate forecast to management on a regular basis
- Assess opportunities for partner growth, planning and reporting to achieve growth within a self-negotiated timeframe

- Full-time position, Monday - Friday (9:30 - 6:30)

+ €2400 OTE

What you'll bring to the role:

- Native, or fluent English
- 1+ year of Sales and/or Account Management experience
- Developed negotiation and communication skills
- Self-motivation and the desire to succeed
- Familiarity with sales CRMs
